Sr IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer with strong expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Networking, and Security Operations. The ideal candidate will own critical infrastructure, resolve complex L2/L3 issues, and drive security and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, endpoint security, and device compliance.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Identity Governance.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, Routing, and Switching.
• Manage EDR/MDR, Email Security, DLP, Vulnerability Management, and security incidents.
• Support Apple Business Manager (ABM) and MDM solutions.
• Handle critical L2/L3 escalations, RCA, and automation using PowerShell.
• Create documentation, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Support experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Networking, and Security.
• Experience with Zero Trust and ISO 27001 security frameworks.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
• Excellent Spoken and Written English with the ability to communicate effectively with global clients and stakeholders.
