Sr. Java Backend Developer (AWS)

Job Summary

Backend software development focusing on Java and Spring.

Responsibilities

• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs.

• Work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug software systems.

• Translate general goals into actionable plans.

• Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs.

• Conduct routine tasks as directed.

• Serve as technical expert on development projects.

• Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.

• Support, maintain, and document software functionality.

  Requirements

Must-have:

• 7-10 years overall experience
• 6+ years relevant experience.
• Strong skills in Java, Spring, AWS.
• Experience with AI-based workflows (Cursor, Claude Code).
