• Minimum 2+ years of application development experience in Front-Office Fixed Income, Equities, or FX platforms
• Strong hands-on coding, design, and testing skills for Rates and Credit eTrading platforms
• Experience with Fixed Income, FX, Equity, or eTrading, including ECN connectivity, pricing, and STP (Straight Through Processing)
• Emphasis on low latency, high capacity, and performance optimization (messaging layer, data caching, data structures, concurrency)
• Proficient in server-side Java development
• Experience with messaging technologies: Solace, Kafka, Aeron, MQ
• Skilled in SQL and database technologies (MS SQL, Oracle)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, UrbanCode
• AWS experience (S3, SQS, SSM, KMS, etc.) is a plus
• Hybrid work schedule: 3-4 days onsite per week in NYC;
