Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java
• Experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend service development
• Experience with Hibernate / JPA
• Good understanding of SQL / relational databases
• Strong knowledge of OOPs, design patterns, and clean coding practices
• Experience in application development, debugging, and performance tuning
• Exposure to AI-enabled applications / AI integrations / intelligent automation / GenAI use cases
• Experience with Git and version control
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Kafka / messaging systems
• Exposure to Python for AI/ML integration use cases
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP
