Seeking a Senior hands-on Java Full Stack Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead cloud-native application development using Java/Spring Boot, React/TypeScript, AWS, microservices, Kubernetes and AWS CDK .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications.
• Drive end-to-end technical delivery using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and AWS cloud services.
• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including AWS CDK.
• Provide technical leadership across application development, cloud engineering, DevOps, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, design decisions, and implementation strategies.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization techniques.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical growth and building a high-performing engineering culture.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide teams toward effective resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Java 11+/17
• Spring Boot & Microservices
• React.js
• TypeScript
• RESTful APIs
• AWS Cloud Services
• Extensive experience with:
• AWS ECS/EKS
• DynamoDB
• Lambda
• S3
• CloudWatch
• AWS CDK
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, security, and performance engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams and collaborate across multiple functions.
