Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and scalable backend application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance optimization, CPU and memory management, and backend troubleshooting, along with experience in Node.js or Python FastAPI. Exposure to Generative AI and GraphQL is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build secure, reliable, and high-performance REST APIs and microservices.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize CPU, memory, and application efficiency.
• Develop or integrate backend services using Node.js or Python FastAPI.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, frontend, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Improve application scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with CPU/memory optimization and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js or Python FastAPI.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, coding standards, and version control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Generative AI / GenAI technologies.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-native development.
• Knowledge of containers, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and performance profiling tools.
