Description

Lead the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of a portfolio of brands across Ecommerce and Quick-Commerce platforms. Own business performance, stakeholder relationships, commercial planning, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L and business performance.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 8 10 brands.

• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with marketplaces.

• Drive Ecommerce and Quick-Commerce growth strategies.

• Forecast sales, revenue, and profitability.

• Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and business reviews.

• Drive strategic initiatives and market expansion.
