Sr KOL Specialist

About the role

This role involves creating and executing campaign strategies through end-to-end collaboration, managing large-scale campaigns with hundreds to thousands of KOLs/Creators per month, developing creative briefs, and optimizing campaign performance through data analysis and budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Create strategy and execute campaigns with end-to-end collaboration
• Manage large campaigns with hundreds to thousands of KOLs/Creators per month
• Develop creative briefs and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and budget management
• Build and maintain a structured database of thousands of KOLs/Creators including selection, briefing, performance history, and evaluation
• Build and maintain good relationships with KOLs, creators, and collaboration partners
• Monitor execution to ensure alignment with timeline, brief, and KPI
• Manage endorsement budget transparently and efficiently
• Create campaign performance reports

About you

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as KOL/Partnership in FMCG/beauty industry
• Minimum S1 education in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field
• Portfolio of viral content and successful campaigns
• Experience managing large campaigns (500+ creators/month)
• Extensive network with KOLs across all tiers and agencies
• Ability to create content strategy and copywriting for brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Accustomed to working with tight KPI targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Creative, trend-savvy, adaptable, and data-driven
• Honest and transparent in budget management and KOL relations
