About the Role

We are looking for a talented, creative and experienced Senior Property Stylist to join our growing team.

This is a design-focused role, ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent styling skills and a passion for transforming residential properties into beautifully presented spaces.

You will take the lead in developing styling concepts, selecting furniture and accessories, and delivering high-quality property presentations that appeal to potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and visually appealing styling concepts for residential properties.
• Conduct property inspections and assess layout, space, lighting and styling requirements.
• Independently design and plan full and partial property styling projects.
• Select and coordinate furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting and decorative accessories.
• Create cohesive colour schemes, furniture layouts and styling arrangements.
• Prepare styling proposals, furniture selections and design plans.
• Oversee the visual presentation and final styling details during installations.
• Ensure all styling projects meet the company's design standards and quality expectations.
• Stay up to date with Australian interior design trends and property market preferences.
• Collaborate with other stylists and provide creative guidance to junior team members.
• Work closely with real estate agents and clients to understand their styling requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property styling, home staging or interior styling preferred.
• Strong design sense, creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of furniture proportions, spatial planning, colour coordination and styling techniques.
• Ability to independently develop and execute styling concepts.
• Experience selecting furniture and accessories for different property styles and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Australian residential property styling trends.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and work within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous styling or interior design work is essential.
• A valid Australian driver's licence is preferred.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
