Sr. Learning & Development Program Specialist

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Deliver learning programs across professional skills, management development, and team effectiveness topics.

• Design and develop customized learning solutions and training programs.

• Facilitate team development workshops to strengthen collaboration, communication, and team performance.

• Contribute to ongoing curriculum improvements based on learner feedback and business needs.

Manager Development & Onboarding

• Organize new manager onboarding and 90-day assimilation programs.

• Design and deliver manager development programs focused on people leadership, business acumen, and compliance.

• Source, curate, and manage leadership and management development curriculum, including internal and external learning solutions.

• Develop coaching and mentoring programs.

Talent Management & Processes

• Develop and execute new hire probation processes, development checkpoints, and related policies.

• Develop employee engagement and learning programs that support employee growth.

• Support the implementation of performance management programs and training.

• Administer learning policies and processes.

Learning Analytics & Communications

• Drive L&D analytics, dashboards, reporting, and program effectiveness measurement.

• Develop and execute HR and learning communications that drive awareness and engagement.

• Maintain learning portals, resource libraries, and knowledge management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

• 6–10 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & - --Development, Trainer, Organizational Development, HR Programs, or related areas.

• Experience supporting onboarding, performance management, manager development, training, coaching, or employee development programs.

• Strong facilitation, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
