Location: Project Site / Corporate Office Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate transportation of materials, equipment, and machinery to project sites. Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with vendors, transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents. Monitor shipment status and resolve transportation-related issues. Maintain logistics documentation, dispatch records, and inventory reports. Optimize transportation costs and improve supply chain efficiency. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies. Coordinate material receipt, storage, and dispatch activities. Track key logistics KPIs and prepare periodic reports. Support project teams by ensuring uninterrupted material availability.
