SR. Machine Learning Engineer, Enterprise AI Systems

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer Enterprise AI Systems to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a consumer-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product team members to create scalable machine learning solutions
• Write custom code for automation and testing in production environments
• Document and ensure compliance with quality and change control standards
• Engage in performance tuning, monitoring, and ensuring service level objectives are met
• Field questions and provide application support for production software

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience with knowledge graphs and graph engineering
• Proficiency in Python with popular AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Experience with cloud-native platforms, particularly Google Cloud
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical teams
