Sr. Maintenance Manager | Sauget, IL (Greater St. Louis Area)

Afton Chemical seeks an experienced maintenance leader who builds credibility through technical expertise, sound judgment, and effective leadership.

This role leads our Main Shop, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) team, supervisors, contractors, and reliability resources while supporting a highly skilled workforce represented by UFCW/ICWUC Local 871-C .

Success in this role depends on developing leaders, partnering with Operations and Engineering, strengthening reliability, and building trust with the teams who perform the work every day.

Experience with SAP , Process Safety Management (PSM) , mechanical integrity programs, turnaround leadership, OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) principles, and Responsible Care® practices will position you for success.
