高级维修主管 偏机械维修背景。主要负责粉末冶金分公司生产设备维修管理，涉及粉末冶金行业常见生产设备：CNC/机械成型压机，烧结炉，整形压机，热处理炉，CNC机加工设备/车磨/珩齿等，机械手非标自动化设备以及喷砂机，清洗机等辅助设备 【工作职责】 1. 负责工厂所有生产设备的日常维修、预防性维护、故障抢修工作，制定年度、月度维保计划并推动落地。 Responsible for daily repair, preventive maintenance and breakdown emergency repair of all production equipment. Develop and implement annual & monthly maintenance plans. 2. 搭建、优化设备&设施维护管理体系，建立机械设备大修、保养、技改台账、维保标准SOP、故障分析流程，组织故障根因分析，持续降低设备故障率、减少非计划停机时间。 Build and optimize equipment & facility maintenance management system, establish maintenance/preventive maintenance/technical tranforms ledger, maintenance SOP and failure analysis process. Conduct root cause analysis to continuously reduce failure rate and unplanned downtime. 3. 主导设备结构、程序优化、设备技改、老旧设备改造升级，提升设备运行稳定性及生产效率，降低设备运维成本与备件损耗。 Lead equipment structure and program optimization, technical improvement and renovation of legacy equipment, enhance equipment runing stability and efficiency, thereby, reduce maintenance cost and spare parts consumption. 4. 负责机修团队日常排班、工作分配、现场管理、绩效考核。 Daily work arrangement, on-site managements, performance and monitor department KPI. 5. 定期开展专项培训，提升团队整体维修技术水平，规范维修作业流程。 Organize regular training to improve overall competency of maintenance team and standardize maintenance procedures. 6. 优化备件库存，合理控制设备维修成本，完成部门年度降本目标。 Optimize spare parts inventory, reasonably control equipment maintenance cost, to achieve department’s cost reduction target. 7. 定期输出设备故障分析报告、停机数据分析、保养工作总结、技改成果报告；对接生产、自动化、工艺、质量部门，快速响应产线设备问题，配合解决生产过程中因设备机械问题导致的产品不良。 Periodically issue maintenance report, downtime data analysis, reports results of PM and improvements/renovations. Closely working with other departments for fast respons to production equipment issue. 8. 落实工厂安全生产制度，监督作业规范，排查设备安全隐患，杜绝设备安全事故；监督维修 5S现场管理，维持维修现场标准化。 Implement safety regulations, supervise operational standards, identify safety hazards and prevent safety incidents. On-sites 5s managements. 9. 与全球其他工厂定期检验分享，专项问题讨论。 Regularly meeting with Miba other sites for experience sharing and problem discussion. 10. 主管安排的其他事项。 Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 【岗位要求】

• 本科及以上学历，机械电子工程、工业工程或相关专业。 Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Industrialization or equivalent.
• 具备良好的机械、液压、气动等方面的知识和实际工作经验 Good knowledge and working experience of mechanical and hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.
• 熟悉工厂预防性维护、备件管理及设备故障分析。 Familiar with plant preventive maintenance, spare parts management and equipment failure analysis.
• 具备 IATF 16949 体系、TPM（全面生产维护）及精益生产的实际经验 Practical experience in IATF16949 system, TPM and lean
• 8年以上维修工作经验，且至少3年团队管理/带队经验 Over 8 years maintenance working experience and at least 3 years experience to be as team leader.
• 具有CNC设备维修经验 Have experience in maintenance of CNC equipment.
• 具备优秀的沟通能力、良好的团队合作精神和创新思维 Excellent communication skills, good team work spirit, creative thinking.
• 熟练使用MS Office办公软件

Familiar with MS Office

• 具备良好的英语能力 Good English Skills
