Sr. Manager / AGM - Sourcing (Pharma)

About role - We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead Pharmaceutical Sourcing, Supplier Partnerships & Strategic Procurement.

KEY REQUIREMENT:
-Candidates must have strong experience in Pharma Sourcing, particularly in:
-Finished Goods sourcing from Third-Party Manufacturers
-Loan Licensing for export markets
-Strategic supplier development and management

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust, cost-effective sourcing strategies
Identify, evaluate and negotiate with global suppliers
Build and maintain a strong base of strategic suppliers
Monitor supplier performance across Quality, Delivery & Cost
Conduct market research and develop risk-mitigation strategies
Lead, coach and manage the sourcing team
Manage budgets, track spends and prepare MIS reports

Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate in Pharmacy / MBA preferred
Supply Chain Management certification will be an added advantage.

**Preferred: Candidates with experience in the Pharma OSD / Formulation industry.**
