Sr Manager - Alternatives Leasing APAC

The Role

CBRE is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager to support the growth of its Alternatives Leasing business across major markets in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, this builder-operator will help drive business development, client engagement, strategy and operations for the Alternatives vertical (which comprises flexible offices, education, government, and automotive sectors) across the Asia Pacific region (25+ countries).

The role will also include end-to-end deal execution for the flexible office (50% bandwidth) sector, and will act as second-in-command to the business lead. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role within CBRE's regional leasing team.

What You'll Own

• Identify clients and prospects for the Alternatives vertical, drive business development and pipeline build out
• Independently drive key client pursuits, measured by number of wins, and net revenue
• Define CBRE value proposition for the Alternatives sector, and clearly articulate this to clients at the point of sale
• Build authentic relationships with key stakeholders (landlords, occupiers and operators)
• Partner closely with in-market brokerage professionals and market leaders across the APAC region to help co-create their go-to-market approach for the Alternatives vertical
• Work closely with clients and prospects to understand their portfolio strategies, demand drivers and potential real estate needs across the 4 alternatives sectors
• Coordinate internally with colleagues across various markets, functions (and cultures)
• Execute leasing transactions across the flexible office sector (coworking, serviced offices, managed solutions, etc.) end-to-end, measured against net revenue target(s)
• Prepare market surveys, run commercial analyses, provide recommendations, drive deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
• Maintain deep sector knowledge and track market trends across the Alternatives sectors

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business / real estate with about 5 years of relevant commercial real estate experience
• Experienced in brokerage, tenant representation or advisory, with exposure to a multi-market, and multicultural environment
• A high agency builder-operator who "gets things done"
• First principles thinking and a commercial mindset
• Exceptional communication skills - both oral and written
• Experienced in flexible office transactions (at a minimum), and ideally other sectors within Alternatives
• Someone who is tech savvy and hands on (including Claude, Salesforce and Powerpoint)
