Sr Manager / AVP - Corporate Servicing

Role & responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with Corporates, Brokers, Partners and related business entities.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Present our services effectively to enhance existing relationships.
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
• Managing client relationships with key decision makers
• Liaising with Brokers and Corporates
• Servicing corporates
• Portfolio Management
• Addresses the gaps identified between client requirement & the service provided
• Ensure that the service is delivered in accordance with the agreed service level agreement
• Collaborate with the other functional Group to evaluate the product performance and to recommend refinements and improvements in service performance
• Establish and maintain on-going partner relationships and anticipate and resolve potential problems of the client.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent relationship management, written, oral, communication and presentation skills necessary for interaction with the Corporates, Insurance Entities, Brokers and other Business entities.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, Word and an ability and interest in learning on the job.
• Candidate with relevant experience of minimum 10 to 15 years.
• Candidate with experience in the TPA, Insurance Broking, Health & General Insurance companies with exp. in Health Insurance Products will be preferred.

Academic and professional qualification:

• Any Graduate
• A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
