Sr. Manager, Business Analytics and Automation

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager Business Analytics And Automation to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,100 – $231,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Execute business development data and AI strategy
• Lead initiatives for digital transformation and automation
• Define roadmaps for data and analytics capabilities
• Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team
• Foster an innovative and customer-focused culture
• Build trusted data products supporting AI and analytics
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in data, analytics, or digital transformation
• 2+ years managing technical teams
• Proven success in developing enterprise data strategies
• Experience with data governance and quality management practices
