Sr. Manager - CGDC

BML Munjal University is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join its Career Guidance & Development Centre (CGDC) , with a specific focus on Law School placements and career development .

Experience: 10–15 years

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the Law School placement and career development function .
• Build and manage strong relationships with law firms, corporates, chambers, PSUs and other legal employers .
• Develop and execute placement and internship strategies for law students.
• Drive employer engagement, campus recruitment, internships and pre-placement activities.
• Guide students on career planning, employability and opportunities across the legal sector.
• Develop new corporate partnerships and expand the University's employer network.
• Track placement outcomes, employer feedback and student progression.
• Collaborate closely with the School of Law, faculty members and University leadership to strengthen career outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in law-school placements, career services, corporate relations or talent/employer engagement .
• Strong understanding of the legal recruitment ecosystem , including law firms, in-house legal teams, chambers and other legal employers.
• Proven track record of building employer relationships and delivering strong placement outcomes.
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong understanding of the career aspirations and recruitment patterns of law students.
