Sr Manager-Channel Sales

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Channel Sales professional to manage and expand our Channel Partner (CP) network. This role focuses on B2B sales, partner onboarding, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Channel Partners and the internal sales team to drive business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Lead and mentor Channel Sales Executives/Sr. Executive, Dy Manager.

Track productivity, target achievement, and capability building.

Channel Partner Acquisition & Activation

Identify and onboard new Channel Partners (CPs).

Expand broker network across micro-markets.

Drive active partner engagement and productivity.

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets through CPs.

Achieve inventory liquidation targets for assigned projects.

Channel Partner Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with top-performing brokers.

Conduct CP meets, project previews, and engagement programs.

Resolve partner escalations and payment issues.

Lead Generation & Conversion

Ensure quality lead generation through partners.

Improve lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking conversion ratios.

Monitor funnel health and partner productivity.

Market Intelligence

Track competitor pricing, schemes, launches, and channel initiatives.

Provide market insights to sales leadership.

Project Launch & Inventory Management

Drive channel sales during launches and special campaigns.

Support inventory movement of priority stock.
