Sr Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of downstream processing technologies for biopharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and implement purification processes for recombinant DNA molecules.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to downstream processing operations, including protocols, procedures, and reports.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on downstream processing techniques and best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 15-20 years of experience in biotechnology industry with expertise in downstream processing (e.g., chromatography) and purification (e.g., filtration).
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines governing biopharmaceutical manufacturing (e.g., FDA CFR21 Part 600).
• Proven track record of developing successful downstream processing strategies that meet product quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
