Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Fabric Coating to lead and manage fabric coating operations. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent product quality, optimal productivity, cost efficiency, and development of new coating technologies aligned with customer and market requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end fabric coating operations
• Ensure smooth functioning of coating lines with maximum machine utilization and minimal downtime
• Achieve production targets related to volume, quality, delivery, and cost
• Monitor and control coating parameters including viscosity, GSM, adhesion, curing temperature, penetration, and appearance
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, internal quality standards, and regulatory norms
• Collaborate with Quality teams to conduct root cause analysis, CAPA, and defect reduction
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage, rework, chemical consumption, and energy usage
• Implement SOPs, best practices, and lean manufacturing principles in coating operations
• Lead new coating development, trials, and functional fabric innovations
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, technicians, and shop-floor teams

Primary Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in fabric coating technologies, especially Three Pass Coating systems
• Knowledge of fabric, dyes, chemicals, and coating formulations
• Process control, quality assurance, and production planning skills
• Leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of compliance, sustainability, and safety standards in textile processing
