What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with various labor laws such as ESI Act, Factory Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act in the engineering & construction industry.
- Develop and implement effective HR compliance strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in statutory compliance and provide recommendations for rectification.
- Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 12-15 years of experience in HR Compliance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws including ESI Act, Factory Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act etc. .
- Proven track record of ensuring statutory compliance in an engineering & construction industry setting.
