(Sr.) Manager, Customer Quality Engineering

Overall of Position :

The position is customer facing role within QA organization, work with AOSSJ/OSAT, PLs in HQ & RD, product engineering, application engineering and cross-functional team to resolve customer quality incidents.

Responsibilities & Duties :

Review customer input, collaborate with PL/PE/AE/QA and related functions to communicate external customer. Lead quality issues, work with PL/PE/QA to provide containment and 8D conclusion acceptable to the customer. Maintain customer's score card & follow up 8D actions. Summarize VoC to key functional department.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in EE, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or related disciplines.

Experience power semiconductor packaging & test, 5~10 years.

Must be fluent in spoken English & proficiency in written English, it's advantage to have good command in Mandarin.

Able to obtain India visa and support oversea customers.

Possess knowledge of quality improvement tools, Microsoft Office tools, 3x5WHYs, APQP, AECQ stds/FMEA/6Sigma.

IATF16949/VDA6.3 qualifications is a plus.
