Sr Manager, Data & Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager, Data & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will guide a data and analytics organization that supports business decision-making, project execution, and operational insight across the enterprise. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics work. It will also help ensure strong data governance, clear communication, and effective prioritization across a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $166,610 – $222,148 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of data analysts, engineers, and scientists
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
• Oversee planning and execution of data and analytics projects
• Prioritize and allocate resources effectively for project demands
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytics projects
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders and ensure clear communication
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing data teams and projects
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages, such as Python and SQL
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
