Sr Manager, Data Process Excellence & Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager, Data Process Excellence & Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead the design and optimization of operational processes that support client data feeds and service delivery. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to simplify workflows, strengthen governance, and improve scalability across the operation. The position will also drive transformation initiatives that enhance quality, automate validations, and improve overall efficiency and accountability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,500 – $192,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of operational processes for client data feeds
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve scalability
• Establish process governance and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for service quality and efficiency
• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet service commitments and delivery schedules
• Develop operational performance metrics to ensure accountability
• Enhance quality processes through automated validations and monitoring

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in operational, process management, or service delivery functions
• Proven track record in managing client-facing operational processes
• Experience leading operational transformation initiatives, including automation and quality improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and driving organizational change
