Job Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Warehouse & Data Lake Support Analyst to support daily business operations, data management activities, vendor coordination, and application support functions. The role involves managing ad-hoc data requests, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, supporting data loads, handling onboarding activities, and gathering requirements for new developments.

Responsibilities:

Data Request & Incident Management

• Monitor and track fulfillment of ad-hoc data requests through the Jira ticketing application.
• Ensure timely assignment, follow-up, and closure of service requests and incidents.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to meet agreed SLAs.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on open requests and issues.

Issue Resolution & Production Support

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related and application-related issues.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams for timely issue resolution.
• Track and report recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.

Data Load Support

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly data load activities in Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments.
• Validate data loads and ensure data availability for business users.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve data load failures and discrepancies.
• Perform basic data verification and reconciliation activities.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate vendor agreement processing and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Manage vendor billing processes, including invoice validation, approvals, and tracking.

Knowledge Management & Coordination

• Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions between vendors and the BAXA application team.
• Maintain operational documents, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure proper handover of critical application and support knowledge.

Onboarding & Offboarding Support

• Coordinate new joiner onboarding activities, including system access requests and necessary approvals.
• Manage employee and vendor offboarding activities, ensuring timely revocation of access.

Requirement Gathering & Development Support

• Coordinate discussions with business users, application teams, and vendors.
• Prepare requirement documents, functional specifications, and impact assessments.
• Support UAT activities
• 5 + yrs experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools
• Understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Lake concepts.
• Strong incident management and issue-resolution skills.
