- Demonstrated project or program management experience across multiple teams, workstreams, risks, and dependencies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear product and technical deliverables.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment.

Experience with Authorization, Tokenization, Authentication, Safe Key, Digital Wallets, Local Network solutions, or Network-to-Network integrations.
Knowledge of card processing, payment message flows, network specifications, and payment operations.
Experience delivering complex modernization, migration, regulatory, or market-enablement initiatives.
Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery methodologies and knowledge of Rally, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

Develop and execute product roadmaps for payment network capabilities aligned with enterprise priorities, market needs, and regulatory requirements.
Lead end-to-end delivery of capabilities across Authorization, Tokenization, Authentication, Digital Wallets, Local Network solutions, and Network-to-Network integrations.

Ensure solutions meet intended business outcomes and consider scalability, security, resilience, operational readiness, and interoperability.
Partner with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams across solution design, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch readiness.
