Sr. Manager - Ecommerce -campaigns

The candidate will drive end-to-end campaigns, manage tech integrations, and manage the Customer Data Platform, Adobe Suite, Microsoft CRM, and call centre. This role will also enable data-driven marketing, automation, and personalisation across channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, OBD, Mobile App, and Web.

What does the job entail?

1. CDP & Martech platform integration: Fast-track integrations between CDP (Lemnisk) and Adobe Experience Manager (CMS), Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Website/ Mobile Apps (pixel placement, tracking code placement, etc), Call center dialer systems, and ensure seamless data flow, API integrations and event tracking.

2. Marketing Campaign Execution: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, OBD (Outbound Dialling). Build customer journeys, drip campaigns, and lifecycle marketing flows. Enable real-time personalisation using CDP + Adobe stack

3. Data Management & Customer Insights: Define and manage customer data models, lead scoring models, segmentation, and identity resolution; generate actionable insights for customer acquisition, retention & engagement, cross-sell/upsell; work on marketing attribution and campaign performance analysis

4. Experimentation & Optimisation: Identifying new growth opportunities across the e-commerce vertical, helping us deploy use cases for website personalisation, retargeting strategies & improving buying journeys.
