Sr Manager, Facilities

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager, Facilities to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead facilities operations across a multi-site environment, with a focus on service delivery, team performance, and consistent execution. The Sr Manager will serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders while guiding facility managers, vendor partners, and site operations to support reliability and efficiency. This position also carries responsibility for maintaining preventative maintenance standards and advancing programs that improve operational performance across the portfolio.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of facilities services for retail branches and cafes
• Serve as the primary client contact for operations
• Oversee facility managers to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor vendor management for service delivery standards
• Direct facility managers in resolving performance issues
• Ensure adherence to preventative maintenance schedules
• Develop innovative programs for operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Relevant certifications such as LEED, CFM, or FMP preferred
• 7+ years of experience in facility management, including 3+ years managing teams
• Experience managing remote teams across time zones
• Ability to travel up to 30% for site visits
• Proficiency in various IT tools and platforms
• Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
