Sr. Manager -_ Finance and Accounts

Role Summary

The Sr. Manager – Finance and Accounts will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company,

including accounting, statutory compliance, budgeting, costing, MIS reporting, treasury, and internal controls. This is a

hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical accounting knowledge combined with strategic business partnering

skills, ideally with prior exposure to the chemical/process manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting -

• Handling day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Facing Internal and external Auditors and finalization of accounts.
• Compliance & Taxation
• Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory/regulatory requirements
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure LLP specific compliance requirements (ROC filings, LLP agreements, partner capital accounts)

Budgeting, Costing & MIS

• Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards to management

Treasury & Working Capital Management

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital requirements
• Oversee fund planning, credit facilities, and relationships with banks/financial institutions
• Monitor receivables, payables, and inventory financing

Business Partnering & Leadership

• Act as a strategic advisor to the management team on financial planning and business decisions
• Support pricing, capex evaluation, and investment decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team
• Coordinate with plant/operations teams for cost control and process efficiency inputs
