About the Role

Bondada Group is looking for an experienced Business HR Lead to partner with business leaders and drive workforce planning, recruitment, deployment, and talent management across the organization. The role will primarily support our Renewable Energy and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) businesses while contributing to the overall people strategy of the Group. o

The ideal candidate will ensure the organization has the right talent, at the right place, and at the right time to meet business and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities Business Partnering

• Partner with Business Heads and Functional Leaders to understand manpower needs.
• Align HR strategies with business goals and project plans.
• Provide HR insights and solutions to support growth and operational excellence.

Workforce Planning

• Develop annual, quarterly, and project-based manpower plans.
• Track manpower requirements, availability, and gaps across businesses and projects.
• Forecast workforce needs for upcoming projects and business expansion.

Talent Acquisition

• Drive recruitment planning and execution in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Monitor hiring progress, recruitment timelines, and joining conversions.

Project HR Support

• Work closely with project teams to support workforce planning and mobilization for Renewable Energy and BESS projects.
• Ensure timely hiring and deployment of project personnel.
• Identify and mitigate manpower risks that could impact project delivery.

Talent Deployment & Utilization

• Monitor employee deployment and workforce utilization.
• Facilitate internal movements and resource redeployment across projects and business units.
• Optimize manpower allocation to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

Talent Management & Retention

• Identify critical roles and high-potential employees.
• Support retention initiatives and succession planning.
• Monitor attrition trends and recommend corrective actions.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain dashboards and reports covering manpower, recruitment, deployment, attrition, and workforce metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to business leadership through data-driven HR analysis.
