Sr. Manager HR Generalist Role with a Reputed Real Estate Group
Reports To - Associate Vice President - Human Capital | Puravankara Limited
Location: BKC
Working Days 2nd and 4th Saturday Holiday.
Individual Contributor Role.
*JD Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing and structured onboarding.
- Handle induction, Preparing Offer letter, employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management systems (PMS) and periodic appraisals.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage exit interviews.
- Execute HR policies and align human capital strategy with regional business goals
- Training, HRIS, Organizational Development, Orientation.
- Experience working into Darwin BOX Mandatory.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8 to 12+ years of core HR generalist and talent management experience.
- Prior work background within real estate, construction, or fast-paced corporate sectors preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and statutory compliance knowledge.
- Experience working into Darwin BOX Mandatory.
