Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, production-grade AI systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development Architect, design, and implement complex AI/ML models and algorithms, including deep learning, generative AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, RAG systems) and agentic AI orchestrations.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Management Own the entire ML lifecycle from data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
• Infrastructure & MLOps Build and automate robust, scalable ML pipelines (CI/CD) using MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Working with AWS Lambda, ECS, Fargate will be plus.
• Collaboration Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into effective AI solutions and integrate AI capabilities into existing systems via APIs and microservices. Ensure that deployed solutions are used by business users as intended and drive RoI
• Optimization & Analysis Perform statistical analysis, fine-tune models for performance, reliability, and efficiency, and monitor deployed models for drift detection and recalibration.
• R&D and Innovation Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and industry trends, and conduct R&D to apply cutting-edge techniques to production use cases.
• Technical Leadership Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, participate in architectural decisions across multiple teams, and contribute to best practices and standards for AI development within the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development, including hands-on experience building production-grade solutions and driving their usage with business teams.
• Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Programming Languages Deep proficiency in Python is essential.
• ML Frameworks & Libraries Expertise with major AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Cloud Platforms Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Technical Concepts Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, data structures, and algorithms.
• Data Handling Experience with large-scale datasets, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Soft Skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Experience with Generative AI and LLMs, vector databases, MLOps practices, and contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
