Sr. Manager - Inlicensing & Business Development

• Lead identification, evaluation, and execution of in-licensing, co-marketing, and strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the company's portfolio and growth objectives.
• Conduct market assessments, portfolio gap analyses, commercial due diligence, and financial evaluations to build robust business cases for new assets.
• Drive end-to-end deal execution, including partner engagement, opportunity screening, valuation, negotiation, contract finalization, and alliance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to assess opportunities and ensure successful integration of licensed products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and global pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare partners to create a sustainable business development pipeline.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging therapeutic areas to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the organization's portfolio.
