Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Prepare and submit tenders, bids, and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and logistics to meet project requirements.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall performance.
• Checking, Certification of bills, preparation BOQs for new project.
