About the Role

Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager Online Reputation Management (ORM) to lead the institution's digital reputation strategy across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ORM, brand monitoring, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and digital sentiment analysis.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive ORM strategies to strengthen the University's online reputation.
• Monitor and analyze brand mentions, reviews, discussions, and digital sentiment across search engines, social media, forums, and review platforms.
• Lead reputation recovery and crisis management initiatives to mitigate negative publicity.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, digital marketing teams, content teams, and external agencies for ORM campaigns.
• Implement proactive engagement strategies to improve brand perception and visibility.
• Generate ORM reports, performance dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership.
• Manage online review platforms and ensure timely resolution of reputation-related concerns.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging ORM tools and technologies.
• Lead and mentor the ORM team to achieve organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 812 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of ORM tools, Google Search Ecosystem, Social Listening Tools, Review Management Platforms, and Analytics Tools.
• Proven experience in handling reputation management and digital crisis situations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Education, EdTech, Banking, Telecom, Healthcare, or Service Industries will be preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
