Responsibilities

As Senior Manager, Partner Solution Architects, you will lead and grow a team of Partner Success Architects (PSAs) based in our India Delivery Center, setting the technical direction, delivery standards, and career development path for the team. Your team is the technical backbone of our partner ecosystem, providing hands-on solution design, activation support, and delivery escalation expertise for our global network of Systems Integrator (SI) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Global Delivery Center personnel as Docusign s in-region APJ partners. You will work cross-functionally with Americas, EMEA and AP partner and sales leadership, engineering, and the global Partner Success organization to make sure the right technical resources are deployed against the right priorities, and that every technical engagement ties back to a tangible, customer-facing partner deliverable.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director, Value Delivery Activation.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years of experience in technical solutioning, solutions architecture, or technical delivery roles, including experience supporting partner or channel ecosystems
• 2+ years of people management experience, ideally leading technical or partner-facing teams
• Demonstrated experience working with Systems Integrators (SI) and/or Independent Software Vendors (ISV)
• Experience supporting or collaborating with global and regional delivery teams across time zones, including APJ

Preferred

• Experience building, managing, or scaling a Global Delivery Center (GDC) or nearshore/offshore technical delivery model
• Hands-on experience with Docusign IAM, CLM, eSignature, or agentic/AI-native solutions
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Experience defining enablement programs, technical playbooks, or delivery frameworks for partner ecosystems
• Track record of aligning cross-regional stakeholders (APJ, EMEA, Americas) on shared technical enablement and delivery priorities
• Strong understanding of e-signature, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or intelligent agreement management technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and business audiences
