**Position: Senior Manager u2013 Planning (Formulation/API)
**Department: Supply Chain Management (SCM)
**Location: Hyderabad u2013 On-Site
**Reporting To: General Manager u2013 SCM Key Responsibilities S&OP & Strategic Planning

• Manage S&OP, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and production planning.
• Ensure optimum capacity utilization, timely delivery, and inventory control.
• Develop effective planning strategies based on business requirements. Formulation Planning
  • Lead end-to-end planning for formulation manufacturing across multiple sites.
  • Align production plans with business, customer, and supply chain requirements.
  • Monitor production schedules and address planning-related gaps. Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Work closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
    • Ensure smooth coordination to achieve operational and supply chain objectives.
    • Resolve planning issues through effective stakeholder management. Continuous Improvement
      • Identify and implement process improvements.
