Sr Manager, Pricing Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager, Pricing Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will lead a high-impact pricing transformation effort within a healthcare environment, with a focus on modernizing the pricing operating model and enabling stronger commercial execution. The Sr Manager will own cross-functional program delivery, bringing together business stakeholders, product owners, and technical partners to move the pricing ecosystem from design through implementation. This is a highly visible role that will help shape future-state processes, support adoption, and improve how pricing capabilities are governed and executed.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $131,056 – $180,203 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and oversight of the modern pricing platform
• Manage project execution for the pricing platform implementation, including milestones, resources, and delivery timelines
• Govern business data and solution architecture for the pricing ecosystem
• Support product owners in managing enhancement backlogs and release plans
• Design future-state processes and operating models for pricing functions
• Coordinate business requirements, testing, and transition to steady-state support
• Lead change management and training initiatives to drive adoption

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pricing, commercial transformation, or technology implementation
• 3+ years in leadership or program management roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's preferred
• Experience with enterprise platform implementations is strongly preferred
• Certifications in PMP, Agile/Scrum, or product management are a plus
