Sr Manager - Process Transformation

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement processes from sourcing to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance.
• Analyze financial data to optimize spend management, reduce costs, and improve cash flow.

Job Requirements :

• 10-25 years of experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud ERP systems such as SAP Ariba or similar platforms.
• Experience working in an agile environment using Scrum methodologies.
