Sr. Manager, Program Management

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Program Management to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead complex, cross-functional program execution across products and regions, with a strong focus on planning, governance, and delivery discipline. The position will partner closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders to keep programs on track, manage risks, and support efficient resource and budget utilization. It is well suited for a program leader who can bring structure, visibility, and accountability to multi-team initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $117,500 – $234,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed program plans and manage resources across products and regions
• Lead and mentor program teams to achieve project goals
• Monitor and manage program budgets, implementing cost-saving measures
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates
• Identify risks or issues and create mitigation strategies
• Conduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive program documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in project or program management
• 3+ years of experience in software development and release train engineering
