This role is responsible for turning business needs into practical solutions that help teams work smarter, improve visibility, and support growth.

*this role can sit out of multiple offices within the US*

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong experience in supply chain technology, business systems, or a related field.

  • Experience working with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Kojo, or similar enterprise systems.

  • Solid understanding of procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics, and distribution workflows.

  • Experience leading system implementations, process improvement efforts, or cross-functional projects.

  • Ability to work well with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Strong communication skills and a practical, straightforward approach.

  • Ability to sort through complex issues, make sound decisions, and keep work moving.

  • Experience with WMS, TMS, or similar logistics platforms is preferred.

  • Experience building or scaling technology capabilities is a plus.

  • Interest in tools that improve visibility, automation, reporting, and day-to-day execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Relationship Building/Management

o Build strong working relationships with IT, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other business leaders.

o Serve as the link between business teams and technical teams to make sure solutions meet real operational needs.

o Help align priorities across groups so projects move forward with clear ownership and support.

o Build trust by communicating clearly, following through, and staying close to the work.

• Workflow Optimization

o Review current supply chain processes and identify where systems, data, or workflow changes can improve performance.

o Help standardize how teams work across procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

o Simplify workflows where possible so teams can work faster, with fewer handoffs and less rework.

o Use input from the field and from business teams to improve how work gets done.

o Define the key reports and measures that show where supply chain processes and systems are working and where they need improvement.

• Technology Deployment

o Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and integration of supply chain systems, including WMS, TMS, and ERP-related tools.

o Work with IT to make sure solutions fit within company standards and connect well with existing systems.

o Help teams prepare for rollout by defining business needs, testing solutions, and supporting adoption.

o Look for ways to improve how systems work together so teams have better data and fewer manual workarounds.

o Own the business side of system improvements after go-live, including gathering feedback, setting priorities, and working with IT on updates and fixes.

• Change Management

o Lead change efforts tied to new systems, process updates, and ways of working.

o Set clear expectations early so teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and what support they will have.

o Listen to feedback, address issues early, and adjust where needed to improve adoption.

o Help teams move through change in a practical way that limits disruption and keeps work moving.

o Make sure users are trained and ready before new tools or process changes go live.

• Support and Documentation

o Support team growth through coaching, mentoring, and clear direction.

Make sure key workflows, decisions, standards, and system requirements are documented and easy to follow.

o Provide day-to-day guidance to teams working on supply chain technology efforts.

o Help maintain a consistent approach across projects, teams, and locations.

o Help maintain accurate and consistent item, supplier, and location data so teams can rely on the systems they use every day.

• Strategic Planning & Governance

o Help shape the roadmap for supply chain technology based on business needs, operational pain points, and company priorities.

o Work with Divisional leadership to prioritize efforts that will have the greatest impact.

o Support long-term planning for systems, process improvements, and team capability.

o Keep an eye on practical new tools and technology that could improve performance, reduce manual effort, or solve real business problems
