Tech Ops Senior Analyst – Aurora, CO

Your ‘day to day’:

• Lead the deployment, localization, driving change, ensuring successful landing of all PMI Tech initiatives.
• Translate business into IT solutions by leveraging Global PMI Tech portfolio, offering to deliver services required by the function and promote the worldwide suite of applications.
• Works closely with Solution Management to consolidate local portfolio and drive standardization.
• Partner with business units and cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions for manufacturing and operational systems
• Lead the support and maintenance of local and global IT systems, resolving day-to-day issues
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solutions and services and ensure compliance with GxP (Good [x] Practice) requirements.

Who we’re looking for:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Commutable distance to Aurora, CO.
• 6+ years proven track of experience in deploying global IT systems (Manufacturing or Quality Assurance areas experience is an asset)
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related field
• Service management experience (ITIL certification is a plus)
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (certification in project management e.g., PMP is a plus)
• Experience working in/with IT Operations or Service teams with an understanding of MES, LES, SCADA integration, Industry 4.0, IoT, IIoT, AWS cloud)
• An action-oriented individual, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ready to work in a challenging business environment

Annual Base Salary Range: $149,600- $187,000 Per Annum
