Key Responsibilities

• This is PAN India position
• Develop business of our range of products in the assigned territory and increasemarket share
• Increase order input
• Develop and execute plan to reach Sales Targets set from time to time
• Generate business & build a strong business associate network
• Identify product improvements or new products on current industry trends
• Study market activities and competitors
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing
• strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives, drive lead generation, andenhance brand awareness
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists,coordinators
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimalallocation of resources and monitoring expenses to achieve maximum return oninvestment (ROI)
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance data (KPIs)
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs,and competitor activities, adapting marketing strategies accordingly
