Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Mechanic to join our Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining two-wheelers, ensuring quality workmanship, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in two-wheelers.
• Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and preventive repairs.
• Handle major and minor repair jobs efficiently and accurately.
• Identify vehicle faults using appropriate diagnostic methods and tools.
• Ensure all repairs are completed according to manufacturer/service standards.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure proper functioning and quality.
• Guide and support junior technicians and trainees when required.
• Maintain proper usage and care of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
• Complete assigned jobs within the given time and productivity standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding technical issues and repair requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in two-wheeler service/automobile industry.
• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle repair and maintenance independently.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and work ethic.
• Experience in a dealership/service center will be an added advantage.
