• Supervise and check the design quality (Concept, detailing as 3D, 2D and BOM), especially the complex stations.
• Carrying out Specialty Technical training for designer.
• Design the equipment for engine & transmission & E-motor assembly line (concept and detail).
• Design the equipment for engine & transmission test line (concept and detail).
• Design the equipment for battery assembly line (concept and detail).
• Monitor the sub-supplier (planning/Design).
• Support Project Management.
• Support CE for proposal. Responsibilities:
• Supervise and check the design quality (Concept, detailing as 3D, 2D and BOM), give the idea and suggestion to avoid the design and function failure, especially the complex stations.
• Oversees the design works and provides advice on request in case of difficulties.
• Design the equipment for production line (concept and detail), especially the complex stations.
• Ensures design compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality.
• Prepares and carries on the training aim at mechanical engineering improvement.
• Collects the lessons learn, and share with the team members.
• Prepares the design guidelines, and tools to improve the efficiency and quality of mechanical design.
• Feeds back to his superior of his needs in human and material means to achieve compliance with the requirements cited above.
• Ensures the cleanliness of workstations, storage and discipline in the group.
• Suggests and gives ideas to increase productivity and improve the design quality.
• Following specifications established by the customer, he makes helped by his task force or available outsourcing the study work.
• Participates in the development of specifications for accurate and detailed purchased equipment (supporting PEM and Controls Responsible)
• Verifies that customer’s norms and standards are defined and applied.
• Work together with the department leader selection of subcontractors for design, and monitor the subcontractor of mechanical design.
• Establishes the minutes of meetings or telephone information during business (customer, site visit, contractors, etc ...) and feeds back accordingly.
• Informs the PEM of any problems not included in the specifications which could result in additional costs, as well as any problems that may result if delivery is late.
• Solves the problems during the assembly and commissioning of machines in tkSY-CN or on customer's plant.
• Provides the classification of its documents following standard principle at tkSY-CN.
• Ensures during his period of leave of proper monitoring of projects and ensures the Section Head and PM have a valid interlocutor may at any time of the interim case underway.
• Participates actively in the political quality of the company.
• In the absence of leader designer, his functions are delegated to the department leader. Knowledge & skill requirements
• Degree of Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor or above)
• Software skills: UG, Catia V5, AutoCAD, MS-Office products
• Experiences: 5-8 years of assembly line mechanical design, commissioning
• Skill of English
