Sr. Mechanical Engineer 高级机械工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• Analyze MRD (Market Requirements Document) to understand what needs to be done, work out mechanical architecture design at high quality level, evaluate development lead time to meet project milestones.
• Create engineering files such as 3D model and 2D drawings, draft BOM in accordance with company procedure, regulations and standards.
• Be responsible for mechanical design analysis including GD&T, design for assembly, design for test, etc.
• Verify prototypes and improve design based on findings.
• Work closely with global R&D for NPI products to finish DFM review.
• Plan and perform relevant engineering test and test protocol based on internal testing requirements and standards.
• Work with manufacturing team to bring new products into production and provide technical supports to maintain production.
• Support regional product management team to generate innovative ideas and products.
• Cross-function interface to Sourcing, Manufacture, Supplier Quality and Field Service to make sure we execute DFx at high standards. 岗位要求：
• Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years work experience in the field of mechanical engineering and product development.
• In-depth knowledge of materials used for plastic injection molding, sheet metal stamping, alloy die-casting, and related manufacturing process.
• Proficient 3D software design skill with Solidworks and associated PDM tool.
• Good knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and mature experience of tolerance analysis.
• Good sense and experience of DFX (design for manufacture / assembly /testing / cost).
• Sense of urgency to drive result and moving project forward, project management experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated to boost project advancement, methodical in work arrangement and forward-thinking.
