      **Job Summary
      We are looking for a highly creative UX Designer to join the Marketing team. This role focuses on designing impactful user experiences for marketing campaigns, digital assets, brand communication, and go-to-market initiatives.

      Key Responsibilities

      1. Marketing UX & Creative Experience
      • Design landing pages, microsites, and campaign experiences optimized for engagement.
      • Craft user flows and wireframes simplifying complex narratives.
      • Create high-fidelity prototypes aligned with marketing goals.
      2. Visual & Interaction Design
      • Develop compelling visuals for digital marketing banners, infographics, event creatives.
      • Build reusable components and mini design systems.
      • Design micro-interactions and motion elements.
      3. Brand & Experience Consistency
      • Maintain adherence to brand guidelines.
      • Translate brand messaging into engaging digital experiences.
      4. Research & Data-Driven UX
      • Use analytics and A/B insights to refine designs.
      • Improve engagement and conversion metrics.
      5. Collaboration & Execution
      • Work with content, digital, brand, and product marketing teams.
      • Review agency creatives for UX and brand alignment.
      • Deliver multiple projects with design quality.

      Required Skills

      • Strong in Figma (wireframes, prototypes, UI design).
      • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
      • Experience in landing page UX, campaign journeys, and marketing UI.
      • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

      Nice-to-Have Skills

      • Motion graphics and animation experience.
      • Understanding of enterprise/B2B digital marketing.
      • Basic HTML/CSS understanding.
