Sr. MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate MEP works for building construction projects from execution to commissioning.
• Plan, supervise and monitor HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP systems.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQ, specifications, shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Coordinate MEP activities with Civil, Structural, Architectural and other project teams.
• Ensure installation works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
• Monitor subcontractors, vendors and site manpower for timely execution.
• Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Prepare and review work schedules, material requirements, DPRs, progress reports and measurement records.
• Coordinate with consultants/client representatives for approvals, inspections and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, applicable codes and statutory standards.
• Identify site issues, resolve technical coordination problems and ensure minimum rework.
• Support BOQ verification, quantity estimation, material planning and billing.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of MEP works along with as-built drawings and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MEP services in high-rise/commercial/residential/institutional building projects.
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting and ELV systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit MEP will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications, BOQ and project execution.
• Good coordination, subcontractor management and site supervision skills.
• Strong communication, reporting and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in large-scale building construction projects, particularly those handling complete MEP coordination and execution, will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
